Bishop Allen retired from the Veterans Affairs Chaplain Service on May 31, 2023. He is currently serving as Chaplain for AM Vets Post 227 in Williamston, NC. In addition, he is an Associate Pastor at Gateway Christian Church in Winterville, NC waveministriesinc@aol.com.
